There are five components of health related condition, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness and body composition 5 health related components of fitness.
Flexibility is the ability to move joints through a full range of motion and it is very important for the body, especially with age. This can be improved by stretching, warm-up exercises and yoga. For now, I think I'm pretty flexible, but in order to stay well, I hope to keep it through the year, both in the gym and at yoga 5 health related components of fitness.
